Coaches, recovery and a medical team under one roof, sharing one plan for your body. Measure where you are, train with intent, recover on purpose, and re-test every 90 days.
Most people see a trainer in one building, a doctor in another and recover on their own. Nobody shares notes. At Broad Function your coach, your clinician and your recovery plan read from the same chart, so each one makes the others work better.
Wellness consultation, advanced labs, DEXA body composition, a movement assessment and a VO₂ max test.
Your provider and coach review results together and write one plan covering training, recovery and care.
Train two to four times a week, follow your recovery protocol, and message your care team when anything changes.
Repeat labs, DEXA and fitness tests. Compare against your baseline and adjust the plan for the next 90 days.
Our medical director is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. That shapes how we train and treat women, from the first visit on.
Soft light, natural materials, no hard transitions. You move from the training floor to the thermal suite to the clinic without ever feeling like you left.

Concierge care from a physician and physician assistant who see your labs, your body composition and your workouts in one place.
Looking for well-woman care, menopause or postpartum support? See Women's Health
A physician, a physician assistant and an operator who wanted training, recovery and care to finally work as one.
Broad Function started at a kitchen table. Between us we had a medical practice, a clinical practice and years spent running a business, and we kept seeing the same problem. People were doing the right things in the wrong order, with nobody connecting the dots between their labs, their training and how they actually felt.
So we designed a place where those dots connect by default. One building, rooms that open into each other, and a team that shares one chart. Each part stands on its own. Together they work like a single system.
Our medical director is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. Your care, your training and your recovery are planned around the stage of life you're in.
Hormones shape how you sleep, recover, build muscle and hold onto bone. We adjust care and training as they change.
Understand your cycle and what's normal for you, before anything changes.
We work alongside your delivering OB, then guide your recovery once the baby arrives.
Often starts in your 40s, sometimes sooner. Sleep, mood, weight and cycles can all shift.
The years after menopause are when strength and bone density matter most.
In most places, your gynecologist never hears about your training, and your trainer never sees your labs. Here they plan together. If a perimenopause treatment changes your sleep, your coach knows. If a DEXA shows bone loss, your program changes the same week.
Women have been told for too long that feeling worn out is just part of getting older. Usually there's a reason, and usually there's something we can do.
Medical Director · DO, OB/GYN
You can make us your gynecologist for annual care and menopause. We don't deliver babies, so during pregnancy we work alongside the OB who will deliver.

When it's appropriate for your symptoms and health history, yes. Every plan starts with an evaluation and labs, and is reviewed on a regular schedule.
Yes, with clearance from your delivering provider. Your coach adjusts your program each trimester.
Our concept for the building: 11,700 sq ft under one roof, wrapped around a planted courtyard. Rooms blend into each other along one continuous floor, and its color follows the energy of each room.
A planted garden at the center of the building. Every room looks onto it and borrows its light.
A continuous path around the courtyard that joins training, recovery and the clinic without a single hard turn.
Training floor, movement studio, recovery suite and clinic, with arrival, locker rooms and back of house.
Concept model for planning. The final layout will follow the chosen site.
